Paste a list or block of text and remove repeated lines while controlling capitalization, surrounding spaces, blank lines, and sorting. Processing happens locally in your browser.
What This Duplicate Line Remover Does
The tool cleans repeated values from email lists, product SKUs, IDs, keywords, URLs, database exports, spreadsheet columns, and other plain-text lists. It preserves the first occurrence of each matching line and leaves the original input unchanged.
How to Remove Duplicate Lines
- Paste text with one item or value on each line.
- Choose whether matching should consider capitalization, leading or trailing spaces, and empty lines.
- Select Remove Duplicates, then copy or download the cleaned TXT result.
Case-Sensitive and Whitespace Matching
With case sensitivity off, Apple and apple are treated as the same value and the first version is kept. When “Ignore leading/trailing spaces” is enabled, padded and unpadded versions also match while the first line's original formatting is preserved. Sorting is optional and occurs only after duplicate removal.
Limitations and Privacy
Duplicate detection works line by line; it does not validate email addresses, merge similar spellings, or identify duplicates spread across multiple fields. Pasted text is processed in memory by browser JavaScript and is not uploaded.
